Arrive to meet venue in the morning and set up
Provide trained assistant onsite for execution of all details
Manage details for the entire day
Problem solving and trouble-shooting so you donโt have to worry about anything
Serve as main contact for vendors so that you can get ready and enjoy your day
Meet vendors and ensure delivery of flowers, food, and favors
Oversee set up of layout and implementation of decor at reception and venue
Set up ceremony and any special elements needed onsite
Assist bridal party as needed
Assist with distribution of flowers to bridal party and family
Facilitate wedding ceremony, cuing family, bridal party, and music
Coordinate flow of reception with DJ/MC
Ensure gifts and all decor are returned to cars safely and sent home with family
Oversee reception teardown and vendor clean up
